Public Service Credit Union will not gather, collect, or maintain any information about its members that is not necessary in order to offer its products and services, to complete member transactions, or for other relevant business purposes. The credit union does not, and will not, sell or provide any member information to third parties including list services, telemarketing firms, or outside companies for independent use.
Public Service Credit Union collects nonpublic personal information about members from the following sources:
-Information received from members on applications or other forms;
-Information about member transactions with us or others; and
-Information received from a consumer reporting agency
This nonpublic personal information will not be disclosed to anyone, except as permitted by law.
We restrict access to member’s personal and account information to those employees who need to know that information to provide products or services to the member. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to guard members’ nonpublic personal information.
What does Public Service Credit Union do with your personal information
